I thank the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection, Deputy Joan Burton, and welcome the Minister of State, Deputy Kevin Humphreys.

For the record, group one, on which the Tánaiste spoke, relates to the subject matter of amendment Nos. 1, 4 to 6, inclusive, and 16 to 18, inclusive. As it is technically Report Stage, Senators can only speak once on each grouping. The only other point I would make is that it should not be a Second Stage speech. I call Senator Moloney.
