I move:

That the Seanad shall meet at 11.30 a.m. on Tuesday, 14th July and notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders relative to public business the following arrangements shall apply:1) Standing Order 29 shall stand suspended; and the Order of Business shall be proposed at the commencement of public business."
