Government amendment No. 56: In page 25, between lines 3 and 4, to insert the following: “Amendment to Schedule 3 to Principal Act 22.The Principal Act is amended by the substitution of the following Schedule for Schedule 3:“SCHEDULE 3Section 43Panel1.Notwithstanding any vacancies in the membership of the Disciplinary Committee, a panel may be appointed from among the members of that Committee. 2.The procedures of a panel shall be laid down from time to time in rules made by the Council with the consent of the Minister. 3.The Disciplinary Committee shall appoint the chairperson of a panel from among the members of the panel. 4.The Council shall make available to the panel such services, including staff, as the panel may reasonably require.”.”.
