Government amendment No. 8: In page 5, between lines 19 and 20, to insert the following:“Amendment of section 28 of Principal Act 7.Section 28 of the Principal Act is amended -(a) in subsection (2) -(i) by the deletion of paragraph (a), and (ii) in paragraph (b), by the substitution of “8 members” for “7 members”,and (b) by the repeal of subsection (3) and subsection (4).”.
