Government amendment No. 6: In page 5, between lines 19 and 20, to insert the following: “Amendment of section 24 of Principal Act 5.Section 24 of the Principal Act is amended - (a) by the insertion of the following subsection after subsection (2):“(2A) The Disciplinary Committee shall, for the purpose of carrying out its function under section 43(1), sit in divisions of itself (each division in this Act referred to as a ‘panel’) established under subsection (3) of that section.”,and (b) in subsection (6), by the substitution of “(other than the Executive Committee or Investigating Committee)” for “(other than the Executive Committee, Investigating Committee or Disciplinary Committee)”.”.
