I am pleased to hear that. I would like to pick up on the point made by Senator Conway regarding people who have concerns about this legislation allowing it to progress to Committee Stage where the real work is done. There is an element of wisdom in that. The problem, however, is that Members on this side of the House have brought forward several Bills and despite our calls that they be allowed to progress to Committee Stage, they were voted down by Government on Second Stage.
