The Order of Business is No. 1, motion re referral to committee of Education Research Centre (Establishment) Order 2015, to be taken without debate on the conclusion of the Order of Business; No. 2, Industrial Relations (Amendment) Bill 2015 – Second Stage, to be taken at 4.45 p.m. and to adjourn not later than 7 p.m., with the contributions of group spokespersons not to exceed eight minutes and those of all other Senators not to exceed five minutes; and No. 3, Consumer Protection (Regulation of Credit Servicing Firms) Bill 2015 – Committee Stage, to be taken at 7 p.m. and to adjourn not later than 9 p.m., if not previously concluded.
