It is proposed to take No. 1, address to Seanad Éireann by Mr. Phil Hogan, European Commissioner for Agriculture and Rural Development, to be taken in accordance with the arrangements set out in a motion passed by the House on 18 June; No. 2, Teaching Council (Amendment) Bill 2015 - Second Stage, to be taken at 5 p.m. and to adjourn no later than 7 p.m. if not previously concluded, with contributions of group spokespersons not to exceed eight minutes and those of all other Senators not to exceed five minutes; and No. 3, the Garda Síochána (Policing Authority and Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2015 - Report and Final Stages, to be taken at 7 p.m. and to adjourn no later than 9 p.m. if not previously concluded.
