Where does one start? I must say that I am gravely disappointed with the response of the Minister of State and the very few Government Members who bothered to contribute to the debate this evening about a plan, road-map and mechanism to bring about the vision I spoke about earlier. I will deal with Senator Mac Conghail's critique, which I welcome.

Only one member of the Labour Party, the party of James Connolly, saw fit to contribute to this debate as a Member of the Seanad.
