I wish to be associated with the expressions of sympathy to the family of the late Derek Davis. He was also an avid fisherman and was regularly seen fishing on the Moy in County Mayo.

Senator Darragh O'Brien has proposed an amendment to the Order of Business: "That a debate with the Minister for Health on the worsening crisis in the health service and in particular the situation in Beaumont Hospital and the other hospitals throughout the State, be taken today." Is the amendment being pressed?
