Government amendment No. 114: In page 69, to delete the text inserted by amendment 132 at Seanad Committee and substitute the following:“(2) The amendment of the Act of 2000 effected by this section shall not apply in relation to a case referred to the Director of the Equality Tribunal under section 21 of that Act before the commencement of this section.”.
