Government amendment No. 109: In page 67, to delete the text inserted by amendment 128 at Seanad Committee and substitute the following:“(2) The amendment of the Act of 1998 effected by this section shall not apply in relation to a case referred to the Director of the Equality Tribunal under section 77 of that Act before the commencement of this section.”.
