Government amendment No. 72: In page 51, to delete lines 11 to 15 and substitute the following subsection:"(1) Every chose-in-action vested in the Labour Court by virtue of subsection (1)may, on and from the dissolution day, be sued on, recovered or enforced by the Labour Court in its own name, and it shall not be necessary for the Labour Court, or the Employment Appeals Tribunal, to give notice to any person bound by the chose-inaction of the vesting effected by that subsection.".
