Senator Darragh O'Brien has proposed an amendment to the Order of Business: "That a debate with the Taoiseach to clarify if he was recalled to give evidence by Mr. Justice Nial Fennelly and his communications with the former Secretary General at the Department of Justice and Equality on the resignation of the Garda Commissioner be taken today."
