Okay. I was going to suggest that the Senator was a little long-winded. I am not sure if it is appropriate for the Chair to say that but I say it in good faith.

Senator Darragh O'Brien has moved an amendment to the Order of Business, "That a debate with the Minister for Finance on variable mortgage rates being charged to Irish citizens", be taken today. Is the amendment being pressed?
