The Minister keeps saying that other matters remain to be dealt with in more broadly encompassing assisted human reproduction legislation. I think we can at least infer that it is not proposed to prohibit donor-assisted human reproduction later in the year. That is why I believe a big policy decision is being made in this legislation. Could the Minister clarify what she means by "it will be three"? I assume she is referring to three procurers of donated gametes. Is that correct?
