I move amendment No. 13:

In page 16, between lines 35 and 36, to insert the following:“(3) Where a gamete of an intending parent, other than the intending mother, has been used to create an embryo which is effected by this section, the intending parent, other than the intending mother, may consent to that embryo being used in a further DAHR procedure, without the consent of the original intending mother.”.
