That is the reality of the situation. If the Minister thinks that she can railroad it through without the co-operation of the teachers then she is totally out of touch with reality. It is important that she would come into this House to outline exactly what she is proposing to do and what other proposals she has to address the concern of the practitioners who, after all, are the most important cog in this proposed implementation.
