Government amendment No. 74: In page 39, between lines 6 and 7, to insert the following: “(4) The Director General shall refer for adjudication by an adjudication officer a complaint or dispute referred to him or her under paragraph (b)of subsection (3) of section 43 by the Labour Court.”.
