I will not take up a lot of the Minister's time other than to agree with everything said by Senator Norris. This is a tremendous Bill. There are many good features to the Bill. The amendments being brought forward by the Irish Congress of Trade Unions, a firm of solicitors, Senator Norris, Senator Cullinane, various other people and me are being brought forward in good faith to seek as much clarity as possible and to ensure employers and employees are equally represented and protected under the legislation. I am asking the Minister to take on board these amendments, which we bring in good faith, and, where possible, to accept the amendments. It will save us the bother of having to seek amendments to this Bill at a later stage. The Minister might bear this in mind.
