Government amendment No. 13: In page 12, to delete lines 9 to 11 and substitute the following:“ “relevant enactment” means—(a) an employment enactment, (b) Part VII (inserted by section 22 of the Social Welfare (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2004) of the Pensions Act 1990, or (c) the Act of 2000.”.
