I accept the point brought forward in the counter motion and the Minister of State has dealt with it to some extent. Regarding Senator Craughwell's amendment, he knows my commitment to rent regulation. I have to accept the Minister of State's commitment to examine every measure and I am committed to making sure that he does so.
