I move amendment No. 26:

In page 11, between lines 12 and 13, to insert the following:
“9. Irish Water shall be subjected to a full review by the Comptroller and Auditor General.”.

Section 9 deals with pensions and superannuation in the new Irish Water authority. Our amendment proposes that Irish Water be subjected to a full review by the Comptroller and Auditor General. Before I make my contribution I would like to hear from the Minister of State the Government's position on the amendment.
