Will technical advice be available to members of the forum? If the forum is to have teeth and is not to be just a talking shop, they should have such technical advice. In that way it will be substantive and verifiable, and the members will not be knocked back every time and told that something is not legally permissible. I look forward to hearing the Minister's answers to those questions.
