It is quite in order. I am making a point about the forum. I have been acted as Chairman myself and am quite aware of the rules.

I am referring to a situation whereby if the forum is established and can be of any use, I want it to deal with May. She may be a member of the forum or she can make a representation to the forum, or she may do neither. This is the case she will make to the forum. The meter is about 3 m away from her house, so how can she monitor it? It is in a gateway that is being used by the public and cars. She cannot get down to the hole in the ground and read the meter.
