She wants to be able to monitor the meter to ensure there is no leakage. Irish Water and Roscommon County Council have both said they will not move it to a location close to her house. Currently, the meter is located with three other meters in a gateway on Lanesboro Street, where it can be driven over by service vehicles or where people may park.
