I thank the two Senators who raised this important issue. I am glad to be in the House and will be here for the next few days. It is good to come in and speak about a subject that is very important to me considering what is being debated in the other House. From a head space point of view it is quite good also. I congratulate Senator Mooney on his contribution which was excellent. All of us sitting here know exactly what he is saying.
