I have amended the Order of Business to give a restructured timing. I propose that statements on the restructuring of the Aer Lingus pensions be taken at 3 p.m. and conclude no later than 3.30 p.m, with the contributions of group spokespersons not to exceed four minutes, each other speaker not to exceed four minutes and the Minister to be called on to reply no later than 3.25 p.m. Statements on the standard of care in residential care homes are to be taken at 7 p.m. and to conclude no later than 7.30 p.m., with the contributions of spokespersons not to exceed four minutes and the Minister to be called on to reply no later than 7.25 p.m.
