For the information of colleagues, according to the Order of the House, I have to call the Minister to reply at 1.10 p.m. Unless the Acting Leader agrees to extend the time, not everybody will have an opportunity to speak. I have three people offering and I would like to facilitate them but I would have to get an extension.
