I move:

That the Order of the Seanad that the Employment Permits (Amendment) Bill 2012 be considered in committee of the whole Seanad be discharged and that the Bill be withdrawn.

The Minister agreed to introduce legislation to do precisely what I have set down. It has actually become law.
