Government amendment No. 9: In page 19, to delete lines 9 to 12 and substitute the following: “value of the property concerned that accords— (a) with that required to be achieved by section 19(5), or (b) in the case of an appeal from a valuation made under section 28, with that required to be achieved by section 49.”.
