I have received notice from Senator Paul Bradford that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education and Skills to outline her position in relation to governance matters concerning County Cork VEC which have been the subject of correspondence with her Department by a person, details supplied, in County Cork.
I have also received notice from Senator Paul Coghlan of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht to outline her plans for Killarney House and Gardens.
I have also received notice from Senator John Whelan of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Health to ensure that the HSE provides the necessary resources to facilitate the re-opening of the day care centre for senior citizens at Drogheda Street, Monasterevin, County Kildare.
I have also received notice from Senator Marc MacSharry of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government to provide immediate financial assistance to Sligo County Council so as to ensure that, in agreeing a budget for 2015, it does not unfairly penalise the citizens of Sligo and-or its businesses and industrial community because of the council's adherence to the policy as directed by the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government .
I have also received notice from Senator Fidelma Healy Eames of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine to outline the progress made by him in relation to Irish beef farmers and his plans to open up live exports in order to give farmers another outlet for beef rather than an over-dependence on meat processors.
I have also received notice from Senator Paschal Mooney of the following matter:
The need for the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection to outline the response of the Government to the decision by the European Court of Justice in the Dano case, the number of "welfare tourists" who are being paid social welfare in Ireland and the action, if any, the Government will take if the Government of the United Kingdom introduces restrictions on access to unemployment benefits.
I have also received notice from Senator Thomas Byrne of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Health to comment on the current position and future of the acute psychiatric unit, Navan, County Meath.
I have also received notice from Senator Colm Burke of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Health to establish a programme which would allow general practitioners to provide assistance for patients with haemochromatosis.
I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment. I have selected the matters raised by Senators Paul Bradford, Paul Coghlan, John Whelan and Marc MacSharry and they will be taken at the conclusion of business. Senators Fidelma Healy Eames, Paschal Mooney, Thomas Byrne and Colm Burke may give notice on another day of the matters they wish to raise.
