I welcome the Minister for Arts, Heritage and Gaeltacht, Deputy Heather Humphreys. It is my first time in the Chair for a debate with the Minister since her elevation and I wish her every success, happiness and good luck in her new brief and responsibilities. I call the Minister to speak on commemoration planning.
