On a point of order, I want to inform the House that Senator Ó Clochartaigh is incorrect when he says there is no provision for travel in the Bill. Section 7(2)(b) expressly provides that people in this situation shall enjoy the same rights of travel within, to or from the State as those which apply to Irish citizens. The Senator is incorrect.
