On behalf of the Government group, I thank the Minister for bringing this important Bill before the House. People might not think clamping is a particularly pressing matter but, as everyone has said, it is an emotive issue. The Bill has strengthened citizens' rights and the rights of businesses and non-statutory premises in relation to the enforcement of clamping. The Bill progresses things. Hopefully, it will not have to come back to the House for tweaks. The Minister has done a great job bringing it here.
