I welcome this provision as well. It is what I was getting at in relation to a charter of rights. It is important that we have a time period in the Bill so that if somebody is clamped, he or she knows that the vehicle has to be released within two hours. If not, the charter of rights will have to come into effect in relation to what rights customers have. I welcome that there is a timescale put into the Bill and I thank Senator Barrett for tabling that amendment.
