I move amendment No. 66:

In page 15, line 31, after “person” to insert “appointed by the court”.

This amendment is being put forward because section 21 referred to other persons being allowed to enter premises to conduct valuations or allow valuations to take place but it does not specify who these others shall be. This amendment provides that persons with legal authority, other than council officials, shall have this power.
