NEW SECTION Government amendment No. 61:In page 14, between lines 42 and 43, to insert the following: “Amendment of section 38 of Principal Act 19. Subparagraphs (i) and (ii) of section 38(b) of the Principal Act are amended in each of those subparagraphs by inserting, after “situated”, the following:“and, where the appellant is not the occupier or the rating authority, that appellant”.”.
