Government amendment No. 42: In page 11, to delete lines 45 to 49 and substitute the following:“(14) An amendment of a valuation list made under subsection (10), (11) or (12) shall have full force for the purposes of the rating authority concerned making a rate in accordance with—(a) section 29 of the Local Government Act 1946 (as substituted by section 45 of the Local Government Act 1994), or (b) section 55 of the Fisheries (Consolidation) Act 1959, as appropriate, in relation to the property concerned by reference to that list as so amended.”
