Government amendment No. 8: In page 4, between lines 32 and 33, to insert the following: “Amendment of section 9 of Principal Act 4. Section 9(11) of the Principal Act is amended by substituting for “under this Act” the following:"under this Act, including the entering into arrangements with persons (other than officers of the Commissioner) to perform such functions or portions of such functions, including with respect to different classes of relevant properties or different geographical areas within rating authority areas".".
