I wish to speak on the amendment in the context of the charitable purposes of organisations. I wish to put down a marker that one of the issues we will come to later is about child care facilities. The amendment deals with only those that are not for profit and for disadvantaged families. I would like to see child care facilities that are not for profit and I think the State should be encouraging these types of organisations. I want it to be noted in the event that I table a Report Stage amendment.
