Following on the point made by my colleague, Senator Darragh O'Brien, I wish to ask a question. In light of the fact Mr. McNulty is referred to on the ballot paper as a board member of the Irish Museum of Modern Art and this is not the case, I want to know whether this invalidates the process. I have only had a chance to briefly look at the 1947 legislation. Is the election invalid? Has this issue been looked into? Perhaps it is not something the Leader can answer but I would be grateful if he could be of some assistance.
