I am not talking about the Labour Party manifesto here but about the reality of what happened.

As for the recovery, I do not believe it is a spin. While I believe some people clearly have not benefited, at least the recovery, which is slow, is making progress. Ultimately, the Government hopes and is driving for that recovery to benefit everybody, as Senator Mooney knows well. I was not sure that on the floor of the Seanad, one could be promoting one's own colleagues who are standing in a local election-----
