I spoke before in this House on this issue on another piece of legislation, the lobbying Bill. I mentioned that on that particular day, I walked past three unaccompanied lobbyists in the Houses and I wondered how they would have access to the Houses. Needless to say, they were coming from the direction of the Dáil and the stairs to the cabinet, because certainly they would not be coming up to the Seanad.
