Senator John Crown has proposed an amendment to the Order of Business: "That the Minister for Health come to the House for a debate on the sequence of events leading to the decision that it was not feasible to introduce a universal health insurance policy, which is one of the Government's five key reform promises, and his present policy on this matter."
