In page 6, between lines 27 and 28, to insert the following:"(3B) It shall be a defence for a person charged with an offence under subsection (3) consisting of a contravention of subsection (1) to show that his or her contravention was a result of and/or a feature of exploitative work practices by the employer against him or her.",".
