I move amendment No. 10:

In page 8, line 35, after “shape” to insert the following:“being not more and not less than a height of 8.5 centimetres, a width of 5.5 centimetres and a depth of 2 centimetres”.

The Minister has dealt with this issue by saying that he does have these powers and intends to use them. I will take him at his word on that.
