Government amendment No. 2: In page 19, between lines 39 and 40, to insert the following:"(2) Subject to subsection (3), a direction under subsection (1)shall be laid before each House of the Oireachtas as soon as may be after it is made. (3) Subsection (2)does not apply to a direction which the Minister considers relates to the security of the State or the security of, or safety at, Shannon Airport.".
