Government amendment No. 7: In page 12, to delete lines 5 and 6 and substitute the following:"(a) is adjudicated bankrupt in the State or another jurisdiction, and if so adjudicated, has not obtained a certificate of discharge from the bankruptcy in that jurisdiction,".
