The Minister is very welcome to the House. The Bill is pertinent to the part of the country that I represent, County Clare. The Minister, although he represents himself, urban Ireland and Dublin, has shown a tremendous commitment to Shannon Airport. One would be forgiven for thinking that he possibly represents a constituency in the mid-west due to the significant commitment that he has shown to the region.
